I think we had this conversation last year - Halowe'en is no way as big over here as it is in the states, you will find no one here dresses up unless somone is having a special party.
I went to a party last year as Egon from the GhostBusters though

You get the occasional small child that will throw a cheap mask over it's face as a pathetic excuse for a costume to go collect sweets/chuck eggs at peoples houses

Surprisingly, I haven't found Halloween to be so 'In your face' when you walk into shops this year. Plenty of Christmas bollocks though.

im going to a gig tonight which everyone is dressing up to, I'll be going as a devil and since my only red dress is latex and see through i'll be wearing that lol

I went to a party over the weekend as an escaped convict.
Consisted of my orange Penn. State Prison shirt. Orange pants bought from Afflecks Palace for a fiver. White vest splattered with fake blood and handprint (that I'm still trying to scrub off my hand). Broken handcuffs. Desert Eagle replica.
