I'm giving them a miss too.
I'm turning into a health junkie.
It's scaring me.

What's brought all this on?

Going through photo's from only 6 years ago.
I needed a bit of weight on me in the photos...but obviously didn't know when to stop.
I'm joining a gym when I've lost a stone or so. If I decided to do weights now, I'd be one hefty mofo. And I don't want that.
I've cut down on my smoking. And I've even knocked lager on the head. When I go drinking now, it's Bacardi and Diet Coke. Rock n Roll and all that malarky.
Plus I've got a BBQ to go to in London in July. And I've offered to cook naked. I don't want to put people off their food carrying this weight.

That's a very responsible attitude.
You better be sure little Mike is safely tucked away. Wouldn't want any nasty burns!

Little Mike will be safe behind a 'Kiss The Chef' apron.

If you want to loose weight- you have to stop drinking alcohol altogether. Not just lager but bacardi too. Vodka , wine, whiskey...all of it!. All liquor causes weight gain. If you stop drinking, you'll have a smaller waistline in no time. And definitely by July.
Cutting back on pasta and soft drinks would help too. Everything in moderation is key but NO ALCOHOL of any kind.
Hmmm...maybe i should be a personal trainer....

I'm doing a certain diet that allows only white spirits.
I can't stop drinking all together.
It would damage me.
Mentally and physically.

Well, when I say bag...I actually mean potato sack.

Back on the topic of Creme Egg bars, there weren't any in my local Woolworths either. I did see peanut butter Kit Kat Chunkies though. A more than worthy substitute!

Pleb.
By the way, this is making me hungry....... for a Double Decker!
Remember them? The odd but fairly substantial sized chocolate bar. Despite never seeing anyone buy or eat one of these EVER (aside from myself and perhaps my brother), just about every vendor that sells Mars Bars, sells Double Deckers too. Strange.
