Any bands, CDs or songs you used to like that you stopped listening to and just recently rediscovered and thought, 'hmm, why haven't I been listening to this sooner?'.
A quick rumble through my very limited and outdated music collection has let me rediscover the completely depressing and yet excellent Soundgarden, in particular the damned good 'Super unknown' album. Black Hole Sun, Day I tried to Live, Fell on Black Days - class tracks. Albeit deeply miserable and gloomy too.
Anyone heard Chris Cornell's new stuff ? After the band split I didn't bother keeping up with events.

Does it? How odd. And curse the Karate Kid movie, because it's impossible to not think of Mr. Mowogai (or whatever he's called) everytime bonsai tree is mentioned.

I stumbled upon my 'Ibiza Anthems 98' & 'Fantazia British Anthems.....Summertime'. Can't listen to them though, they're covered in a sticky substance that looks and smells like Jack Daniels! Could be something else..........
Also found my older Beastie Boys albums!

Ah Beastie Boys albums, I got a few myself. Ill Communication is the best one, but I haven't got Check Your Head yet, and that's ancient. Their new stuff is shit though, where's the bloody guitars gone??

Funnily enough, no.
These are the guys responsible for 'Fight for your right to Party', 'No Sleep to Brooklyn' and of course, 'Sabotage'. Three dogz bollocks songs.

Do listen to these songs, LOUDLY. Preferably loud enough to wake the dead, or at least to cause the neighbours to call the police over. Then dismiss these songs.
