So they've come and they've gone for another year. Did anyone pay any attention to them?
I couldn't usually give a rat's arse about them, but Feeder walked away (perhaps staggered, depending how pissed Grant and co. were on the night) with the award for Best British Act.
Better still, The Darkness got two Kerrang awards for 'Best Live Act', and 'Best Album'. Personally, I reckon they should have taken Feeder's award too. Their album is class, whereas Feeder's is a miserable doggie bag of good and not so good tunes.
Other winners included wank, nu-metal band 'Linkin Park' for best International act (shame on the rest of the planet for being so shite then, must try harder next year); Funeral for a Friend won Best British newcomer, and best single went to 'Lifestyles of the rich and famous' by Good Charlotte, the band that along with Christina Aguilera, must own half the music channels in Britain because they're both on them ALL the time. Flick through your digital tv channels now if you don't believe me.

What's the world fucking coming to when two fat twins and their ugly pierced mates win an award for Best Single?
Don't even get my started on Mr. Bennington and his nu metal fuckwits! Blasphemy!
Other than that, I'm happy with Feeder, The Darkness & Funeral For A Friend winning the awards!
