Anyone seen that new-ish cartoon show on BBC 2/3 ? Violence, swearing, adult based humour.... and on the BBC! The perfect tonic for all those who miss those Crapston Villas style entertainment. It's also got a touch of Monty Python-esque going on too. Highlight for me has to be the 'Othello' character, the newly born baby with a major bee in his bonnet for having that stupid name. Such angst and vulgar language from a young'un. It's like something from the Zeppotron stable. The paedophile sketch is a little unsettling though, as is the suicidal father, who feels like a complete failure whenever his son from his broken marriage comes to stay, and he ends up attempting suicide. Monkey Dust isn't exactly cheery stuff, but it's definitely different, and not what you expect from BBC. I'd recommend you watch at least one episode of it. And apparently there's a second series in the making which is good news. Providing you like the show and aren't one of those stuck up nonce heads who writes to Points of View and complains about anything with a hint of adult orientated content.
