It sounds like one of the dungeon rooms in Knightmare. Brilliant show, that.

There's a show on thursday running at the moment... It's called 'Eliminator'... It's the second series now. It's exactly like what you described. Helpful?

Jezzie was right. It's Knightmare. If you have satellite, you can still watch it on the Challenge channel.

i really didnt think it was in Knightmare! I watched an episode the other day on Challenge and the fellow wasn't there and I was confused, because that's what I thought it was on!
And as for Eliminator? Pah. Modern day kids crap. Saw it the other day and nearly pissed myself laughing. Some kid thought the capital of France was Florence.

For the record, the kid was 12. Now at last you can feel superior to your peers

Actually, I think there was another show, or a part of a show which had that game on it. Spookily enough, I was thinking about it myself briefly just the other day.
If I remember correctly, the nasty helmed chap made a weird sound either before or after his move. Anyway, after the kid moved a square, the floor lit up to help the apparently vision impaired stalker-type find which way the kid went. It ain't Knightmare though, I'm about 98.5% sure of that. And I don't think questions were involved in that part of the show.
