It would have probably just grown up and gone on a murderous killing spree of smaller animals anyway, so no great loss there then. Still, tis a shame I suppose - I could have handreared it and trained it to attack the tramps that loiter on the fringes of these forums.

You want too much.
Settle for a Sparrow instead, they're two a penny.
Or they used to be. Not as many as there used to be: a sign of the times.... blah blah.
Crikey, this is turning into a nature thread. HERE, OF ALL PLACES! See topic title for my thoughts on this.

What, given it the kiss of life? That's taking your alternative lifestyle a bit far.
By the way, how's Norfolk's favourite son, Bernard Matthews these days?

Actually, it's still lying there and decaying. I thought about letting nature take it's course, perhaps an industrious rabbit will hop over here to perform a funeral ceremony for a carrot. Although I'll probably just throw it across the road onto the bonfire heep or in the dustbin.

There was quite a stupid bird in our garden recently. It got fell behind a sink in the garden and was unable to fly out. We pulled the sink away from the wall though, so it was out in the end. It was dead nervous though. I suppose you would be, though, if you were stuck behind a sink for ages.
The next day it stood underneath the fountain. It just stood there, just doing nothing, apart from getting wet. And it never got any food for itself, the lazy bastard! It was expecting the father to get all the food. You can just tell it's not going to get a job when it grows up.

Good grief. Glowing face? That'll be the Ready Brek then, or acne.

Readybrek is too much hassle to prepare on a morning when running late for work.
