How do I stop all the IE pop up ads? I get like 5-10 at a time...it disrupts my connection. I've never had any pop ups b4. Lately I've been d/l videos and music and that must have caused this mess. So how do I stop the IE pop ups?
HELP ME, PLEASE!

Download and use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. It can stop popups appearing, and is a very nice browser to boot - once you get used to it. www.mozilla.orgEven if you don't like it for most sites, you can always use it for messageboards and such places that are plagued with popups. However, have you checked for spyware lately? Spyware are programs that run secretly in the background and then bombard you with popups and various other browser hijacks. If you don't have any anti-spyware software loaded on your machine, download Ad-aware at www.lavasoft.de/support/download/ and then do a scan on your PC for spyware. There's a few other anti-spyware programs like Spybot and Microsoft's own one to try as well. Then again...... you'd know all about that... right!?

I think it might be easier to buy a new computer. I actually shopped around for one today. I think i'm gonna get a wireless kit to put on my existing notebook. Anyone have a wireless notebook?
But first I'll try the lavasoft thing.
Thank you Collie.

I don't know.
After we split up, I went all slutty and had a few people.
We'll have a raffle.
